We also are not able to assist you with actually entering the structure and removing items, again due to the inherent risks this poses to life and limb.
Our team can clear away external debris so the property can be accessed, but again we do not recommend entering a damaged structure as you cannot be sure of its integrity or safety.Do I need to worry about asbestos?
You don't need to necessarily worry about asbestos, but you do need to consider them when demolishing a structure. Before you can demolish a building in New York State, you must have a qualified Asbestos Inspector check your property for any asbestos. If the inspector finds any of the material, you'll need to have asbestos abatement performed before you can safely proceed with demolition.
