Do I need to worry about asbestos?
Depending on your pool, it could be possible. If it's an above-ground pool you may be able to handle it yourself, just make sure you have a plan to handle the waste. In-ground pools require machines to break-up and excavate the concrete. That's a much tougher DIY job.
Can I demolish my old home on my own?
We specialize in demolishing and removing concrete in-ground pools. We'll break-up the reinforced concrete, excavate the materials, remove plumbing, and back-fill the site to restore your yard. Or, we can help you prepare the ground for a new pool!
Can you help me remediate the site of my old home?
We can! If you'd like help preparing the area for new construction or to return it to a bare state, we have additional services that can achieve this for you. That can entail grading the site, bringing in clean-fill, and preparing the ground for new construction.
What will you do with the demolished material?
Load it up and haul it away! We take care of any and all removed materials from your concrete demolition project, so you don't have to worry about dealing with tons of messy concrete waste. If you have other plans for the removed materials, just let us know.
What happens if you find underground lines or pipes?
Before we do any excavation work our team checks for the locations of underground utilities. However, there are times where a utility may not be marked on drawings. If we discover any unmarked infrastructure, we'll immediately stop to resolve the situation before continuing.
